Validation Team Leader – QC Laboratory

We seek a Validation Team Leader to join our Quality Control (QC) Laboratory. This role is ideal for a highly skilled analytical chemist with experience in method validation and laboratory supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and validate new and existing analytical methods.
• Planned and executed validation studies and technology transfers.
• Troubleshoot and optimize analytical methods for accuracy and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve out-of-specification (OOS) test results.
• Supervise and train laboratory staff, ensuring best practices in analytical testing.

Requirements:

• BSc in Chemistry or a related field.
• Proven experience in the validation of analytical methods.
• Hands-on experience with analytical instrumentation, including:
• HPLC, GC, Dissolution Apparatus, Titration, UV/VIS Spectrophotometer, and IR Spectrophotometer.
• Completion of professional courses in analytical chemistry.
• Prior work experience in an analytical chemistry laboratory (required).
• Managerial experience (an advantage).
• High-level proficiency in English.
