Senior Fullstack Developer – Founding Team | Stealth AI/Data Startup (Tel Aviv / Remote-Friendly)

We're partnering with a stealth-mode startup in the AI and data infrastructure space. The company is currently in an early-stage but exceptionally promising growth stage. It recently completed a remarkable $25M seed funding round led by top-tier international investors.

Founded and led by a serial entrepreneur with a distinguished record of building and scaling enterprise software companies, the startup targets a rapidly growing, innovation-driven market. The founder previously served as CEO and founder of several global companies.

This innovative startup, developing cutting-edge AI-powered data infrastructure solutions, is looking to hire a Senior Fullstack Developer to join its founding engineering team.

The company is reimagining how businesses interact with data warehouses, offering a cloud-based SaaS platform tailored for enterprise-scale environments. This is a unique opportunity to take full ownership of building a robust, scalable B2B product from the ground up.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the architecture and development of a modern web application—from backend to frontend.
• Design and implement critical enterprise-grade features such as authentication, RBAC, auditing, and workspace/user management.
• Make foundational decisions about API structure, state management, and cloud infrastructure.
• Establish CI/CD pipelines, testing practices, and observability systems from early development.
• Shape engineering best practices and contribute to the company's technology culture.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer, with a strong track record of owning and delivering complex systems.
• Expertise in building cloud-native SaaS applications targeting enterprise customers.
• Proficiency in backend development using Node.js and/or Python.
• Strong frontend experience with React and TypeScript.
• Experience with modern databases (both SQL and NoSQL) and architecting data-heavy applications.
• Hands-on knowledge of secure cloud architectures on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Familiarity with enterprise SaaS features such as SAML, OAuth, RBAC, multi-tenancy, and auditing.
• High degree of autonomy and reliability—capable of leading end-to-end product development.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with data engineering/AI/ML tools and platforms.
• Familiarity with tools such as dbt, Snowflake, and other data infrastructure solutions.
• Background in early-stage startups or greenfield product development.

You'll work alongside seasoned founders and engineers in a collaborative, high-impact environment—building tools that empower data teams and drive real change in how enterprises manage and utilize their data.
