About The Role

In this role, you will source and assess high-potential AI startups, conduct in-depth market and financial analysis, and build strong relationships within the AI ecosystem. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive investment decisions that align with our strategic vision.

Responsibilities

• Identify and analyze early-stage companies with strong market potential.
• Conduct due diligence, assess business models, and make data-driven investment recommendations.
• Stay ahead of AI trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to drive investment decisions.
• Engaging with founders, investors, and industry leaders can help you develop a strong presence in the startup ecosystem.
• Work on term sheets, valuations, and partnership strategies.
• Support AI investments post-deal, helping founders leverage monday.com’s ecosystem for growth.
  
  

• Proven experience in venture capital, investment banking, AI startups, or a related field.
• Ability to operate autonomously while driving impactful investment decisions.
• Strong ability to identify promising AI investment opportunities.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key players in the ecosystem.
• Expertise in due diligence, market research, and financial modeling.
