We’re looking for a talented Bookkeeper to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable by creating new vendor accounts (both local and foreign) and reconciling account payables.
• Process vendor invoices in a multi-currencies ERP system.
• Facilitate vendor payments within the ERP system and handle related bank uploading.
• Handle journal entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare ad-hoc financial reports through the TB, collection, analysis, and summarization of data.
• Conduct intercompany reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Manage documentation for credit card use in the company.
• Report directly to the Corporate Controller.
• Manage the fix assets reports monthly
  
  

• Certified Bookkeeper (Minimum level 2. Type 3 is an advantage).
• 2-5 years of experience as a Bookkeeper.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Highly Organized, professional, and details oriented.
• Great communication skills.
• A quick learner, ready to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
• High-level English.
• Hands-on experience in ERP, (Priority- advantage).
