Plant Manager

TopGum Industries, a leading manufacturer of functional gummy supplements known for its innovation, quality, and advanced production capabilities, is looking for a Plant Manager to join our team at the Sderot site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for production, packaging, and maintenance operations
• Ensuring employee safety and a clean, efficient work environment
• Leading product quality and food safety across manufacturing processes
• Managing production KPIs and driving continuous improvement
• Overseeing equipment maintenance and operational problem-solving
• Implementing work procedures and aligning with company standards
  
  

• At least 5 years of experience in plant/operations management in a manufacturing environment
• Proven leadership and team management skills
• Experience in food production or similar regulated industry – an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
• High-level Hebrew and English – both written and spoken
• Full availability for an on-site role in Sderot
