Business Unit IT Referent

We are looking for a Business Unit IT Referent that will handle the following:

New systems and processes implementation

Development and enhancement of existing systems

Ensure business processes are supported by IT systems

Serves as the main focal point for all IT-related matters for all BU IT requirements (e.g., line management, finance, etc.)

Major areas of responsibility

Daily Routines

• Implementing new systems and processes related to the systems
• Being involved in products solution design
• Coordinate between business processes and needs and IT developers
• Defining together with the business the BU process & Routine to support the implementation of the tools, maximizing their potential and business improvement
• Defining together with the business Process KPI’s & Success Criteria
• Building dashboards using DataIku and Tableau based on business needs
• Coordinate the Rollout implementation Plan; value-based priority & Prod. Readiness
• Monitor all the BU requests for development and enhancement
• Communicate the status of the bugs, developments and enhancement to all BU
• Be the first focal point for all IT issues and bugs in the BU systems

Process Control:

Leading the project’s Implementation cross-BU (Commercial-wise) with coordination of all project’s interfaces

Product Improvement & Support:

• Manage a list of backlog items and prioritize them based on the overall strategy and business objectives.
• Provide IT first level support to all BU users
• Ensure users are familiar with the capabilities and functionality of the existing IT systems
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for changes. Initiate and implement improvements in all areas of IT responsibility
• Take part in IT steering committees and integration meetings
• Identify and provide standards for gathering information for use in trend analysis and reports information to company management
• Communicate effectively with internal clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
• Continuously seeking opportunities to increase user satisfaction and deepen users’ relationships with the IT unit

Strategy, Planning and Development

• Prepare the IT annual work plan of the BU
• Coordinate new systems/processes/projects implementation related to BU
• Prioritizing & monitoring plan for projects in the BU

Requirements:

• BA in Industrial Management Engineering/ BSc in computer science
• At least 3 years of experience with IT systems in global company
• Capable of managing process of innovative change effectively
• Capable of analyzing and writing Business Requirement Documents
