Full Stack Engineer

We're Hiring: Founding Full-Stack Team Lead for a Cutting-Edge AI Startup!

xpander.ai is a fast-growing startup based in Tel Aviv, building an open-source, multi-framework platform for developing and managing AI Agents — including memory, tool calling, orchestration, multi-agent flows and much more.

We're looking for a hands-on, experienced Full-Stack Engineer who’s ready to take on a Founding Team Lead role. This is your chance to shape the product, build the core engineering team, and influence the tech culture from the ground up.

🛠️ What we’re looking for:

• 8+ years of development experience — Python required, TypeScript/JavaScript a big plus
• 2+ years of experience leading backend & frontend engineers
• Startup mindset: ownership, speed, and creativity over process
• Broad engineering background — DevOps, cloud infra, auth, queues, databases, etc.
• Strong leadership, communication, and delivery skills
