Business Intelligence System Analyst

We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated BI Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, system thinking, and a passion for delivering business insights through data.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into BI specifications
• Write functional and technical specification documents
• Design BI solutions using industry-standard methodologies
• Manage BI projects and lead implementation processes
• Develop basic BI visualizations and reports (Hands-On) using tools like Qlik
• Collaborate with developers, QA, infrastructure teams, and business users
• Implement best practices and workflows to improve BI operations
• Lead user training and tool adoption across departments

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in BI system analysis or development
• Deep understanding of BI & DWH methodologies
• Hands-on experience with BI systems such as Oracle DB, Informatica, Qlik Sense, Business Objects
• Relevant academic degree (Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, etc.)
• Strong SQL skills – advantage
