What’s in the role?
- Management, maintenance, and tuning of SQL Server / PostgreSQL databases
- Working with Always On / Cluster, writing Stored Procedures
- Performance monitoring, query analysis, troubleshooting, and performance optimization
- Integration of monitoring tools, backups, and disaster recovery
- Collaboration with development teams and maintenance of Production and Dev environments
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience as a DBA in SQL Server / PostgreSQL environments
- Experience in installation, configuration, and maintenance of databases
- Proficiency in writing Stored Procedures and analyzing Execution Plans
- Knowledge of MongoDB / Vertica – an advantage
- Service-oriented, quick troubleshooting skills, and self-learning ability
