Director of Quality Assurance

One of our clients, an innovative and fast-growing technology company, is looking for a Director of QA to lead its quality assurance strategy.

Role Overview:

As the Director of QA, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the company’s quality strategy, ensuring best-in-class testing and automation across a complex product ecosystem. You will work closely with R&D, product, and support teams to establish robust testing methodologies, monitor production quality, and drive innovation in QA practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and promote a quality-driven culture across product and R&D teams.
• Lead QA strategy and execution for new and existing products.
• Design and implement cutting-edge automation frameworks and quality processes.
• Oversee testing methodologies for web applications, data pipelines, and AI-driven services.
• Identify and address quality gaps in production and development.
• Ensure client-reported issues are resolved in accordance with SLA guidelines.
• Manage a QA team consisting of automation and manual testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and leadership.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as a senior QA leader (Director/VP level).
• Strong technical expertise in manual and automated testing in continuous delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with automation frameworks (Cypress, Selenium, Puppeteer, JMeter, etc.).
• Experience working with SaaS products and microservices architectures.
• Strong knowledge of unit testing, component testing, and end-to-end testing.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, and GitHub.
• Experience with JavaScript-based frameworks and SQL for data validation and reporting.
• Ability to introduce new testing technologies, set priorities, and optimize QA workflows.
