About the role

The AI Engineer at Hear will play a critical role in designing, developing, and deploying artificial intelligence solutions that power our innovative products. This position is ideal for candidates passionate about AI/ML who can integrate cutting-edge tools like vLLM and leverage GCP for scalable deployments while ensuring system performance with DataDog.

Responsibilities

• Develop and refine machine learning models for audio processing and related applications.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate AI models into end-user applications deployed on GCP.
• Optimize models for efficiency and scalability in production environments, incorporating monitoring with DataDog.
• Stay updated with the latest research and trends in AI/ML to continuously drive innovation.
• Worked with Agents and autonomous AI

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks is required
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
• Strong background in data science, statistical analysis, and algorithm development.
• Familiarity with GCP, efficient inference serving for large language models, and deployment/monitoring of AI systems in production, including the use of DataDog.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for innovation.
