Controller for a real estate company

We're Hiring: a Controller | Tel Aviv

A leading real estate development company is looking for a talented Controller to join the team at our Tel Aviv headquarters!

What you’ll do:

• Prepare quarterly and annual financial statements
• Report directly to the CFO
• Manage financial reporting, consolidations, and oversee bookkeeping activities
• Lead SOX controls, tax reporting, and financial analyses
• Oversee budget processes and cash flow forecasting
• Work full-time from our Tel Aviv office

What we’re looking for:

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – must
• Experience in a real-estate company - must
• Internship completed at one of the Big 4 accounting firms – must
• At least 2 years of post-internship experience
• Experience in internal controls for real estate development companies – advantage
• Strong knowledge of IFRS standards (especially IFRS 15)
• Advanced Excel skills
