Responsibilities:
- Build, maintain & strengthen partnerships with Start.io largest supply partners (SSPs & Publishers) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct regular client calls and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, discuss strategies, and strengthen relationships.
- Support the seamless integration process, ensuring smooth onboarding and technical troubleshooting.
- Act as the voice of the customer within the company, advocating for client needs and ensuring their feedback informs product and service improvements.
- Manage cross-functional projects and ensure timely delivery of results.
- Represent Start.io in industry conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in digital advertising.
- Strong knowledge of DSPs, SSPs & ad exchanges.
- Strong analytical and Operational skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle various priorities, good prioritization skills; detail-oriented with an ability to see the bigger picture.
- Self-motivator and goal-oriented; team player with a ‘Can-Do attitude’.
- Ability to work independently, multi-task, and problem-solve.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal in both English and Hebrew.
