We are seeking an experienced e-commerce hands-on User Acquisition Manager / PPC Campaign Manager (Focus on Israel market) to join our growing marketing team. You will play a significant role in optimizing campaigns across multiple platforms to achieve fast growth by planning and executing large-scale campaigns in Google (Search/Shopping/Pmax and etc.) & Social Media, TikTok & Native (Taboola/Outbrain).

Responsibilities
- You will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, including Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, Outbrain, Taboola, etc.
- Budget Optimization: Manage high budgets effectively, ensuring creative solutions to maximize ROI.
- A/B Testing: Implement A/B tests to discover new strategies and creatives that work best.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and improve outcomes. Generate insightful performance reports and present data-driven recommendations.
- Continuously test and refine strategies to improve KPIs such as CPA, ROI, and LTV.
- CRO Optimization tests: On blogs & Product pages.
- Work closely with all departments (Social media agency/Copywriter/Marketing Automation) to create compelling ad copy, creatives and strategy that resonate with target audiences and drive conversions.
Requirements
- Experience in managing and optimizing E-Commerce PPC campaigns minimum 2 years – A MUST
- Experience in performance marketing campaign management- Facebook/Meta, Google Ads, Outbrain, Taboola, TikTok. With exceptional multitasking abilities, and capacity to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You should be super creative, and out of box thinker about targeting, engagement, and user experience.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- A Quick learner, independent, and passionate about marketing.
- Strive for excellence and an everlasting hunger for growth and meeting the company’s goals.

- English – High Level

- Generative AI Utilization: Leverage generative AI tools such as ChatGPT or equivalents to enhance campaign strategies and performance.
- Content and Messaging Mastery: Strong storytelling skills with experience in content creation and strategic messaging
