Project Manager

We're looking for a Confluence Specialist to lead a knowledge and document management project across the organization. This is a great opportunity to make an impact in a collaborative and agile environment.

Work model: Hybrid – one day a week from home

Employment type: Full-time preferred, part-time possible

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of knowledge and document management solutions using Confluence

Gather business requirements and define solution architecture

Implement, configure, and maintain Confluence-based solutions

Train users, support adoption, and provide ongoing support

Work with Confluence plugins and integrate with other enterprise tools

Collaborate closely with cross-functional tech teams in real-time

Requirements:

2+ years of proven experience implementing Confluence solutions

Hands-on experience with Confluence plugins and integrations (e.g., Jira, JSM, ScriptRunner, PPM tools)

Strong ability to lead technological projects with business and technical teams

Experience in user training and support
