DevOps Engineer

We’re looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our R&D team and help build the future of digital employee experience (DEX) platforms. 💡 What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with R&D, IT, and Security teams to enhance and scale infrastructure.
• Deploy and operate a large-scale, high-availability platform.
• Develop tools for monitoring, automation, and CI/CD processes.
• Troubleshoot complex system issues and proactively maintain production environments.
• Take part in on-call rotations and contribute to overall system health.

🛠️ What You Bring:

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering.
• Hands-on with Jenkins, Linux, and Windows environments.
• Expertise in monitoring tools and systems.
• Solid experience with configuration management tools like Puppet, Ansible, Chef, or Salt.
• Proficiency in scripting languages: Python, Ruby, Perl, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong grasp of cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration.
• Independent, proactive, and comfortable with off-hour responsibilities when needed.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).
• CKA certification is a plus!
