Role Description

This is a contract role for a Desktop Support Engineer, located on-site in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Desktop Support Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support for desktop computers, assisting with printer support, troubleshooting technical issues, and handling computer hardware. Day-to-day tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, setting up hardware, and ensuring optimal performance of IT equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience in providing support for Desktop Computers and Printer Support
• Strong Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of Computer Hardware
• Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently in an on-site environment
• Relevant certifications and a background in IT support are considered advantageous
