We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist (temporary position with potential for more!) to play a key role at NoTraffic. You'll lead end-to-end recruitment processes, partner closely with hiring managers, create engaging candidate experiences, and craft creative sourcing strategies to attract amazing talent.

Your day to day will look like:

• Manage end-to-end global recruitment processes. Plan, launch, and oversee recruitment workflows.
• Perform candidate screening and conduct in-depth phone interviews.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define recruitment requirements.
• Utilize multiple sourcing channels to attract outstanding talent.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
• Ensure candidate experience remains a priority across the recruitment process.
• Constantly seek innovative sourcing methods and channels, optimizing recruitment strategies.
• Analyze recruitment data proactively to identify bottlenecks and drive continuous improvement.
  
  

• At least 3 years of recruitment experience, specifically in Hi-tech companies – Must
• Proven sourcing experience – Must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Behavioral Sciences, or equivalent
• Outstanding work ethic with strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and recruitment processes simultaneously
• Results-driven mindset with motivation to achieve hiring targets
