Quality Assurance Tester

We're looking for a dedicated Quality Assurance Tester to join our dynamic team and help us maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

As a QA Tester, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our platform's seamless operation and delivery. You will oversee the quality assurance process, manage tasks and projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement. Your keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills will be essential in delivering an exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive QA processes and protocols for both functionality and visual design to ensure product quality and reliability.
• Understand the company vision to assess accordingly and properly.
• Create and execute software test plans (STP), Software Test Design (STD), and test design scripts for various features and functionalities.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with the development team to resolve issues.
• Manage project timelines, tasks, and deliverables, ensuring timely completion of projects.
• Collaborate with developers and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Continuously monitor and analyze QA metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Facilitate communication and coordination among team members to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide regular updates and reports on QA and project status to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

•  Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Extensive experience with multimedia, including music production, radio, streaming platforms, music technology, DAWs, plug-ins, and photo/video content.
• Proven experience in quality assurance and task management, preferably within the tech or music industry.
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, documentation, tools, and processes.
• Proficient in test management software and bug-tracking systems.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for music and a deep understanding of music trends - a significant plus.
• A deep understanding of the streaming music industry and ongoing trends - a significant plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field - Advantage
