Finops Engineer & Customer Success

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced FinOps Engineer and Customer Success professional to join our dynamic team at Wiv. In this exciting role, you will have the unique opportunity to work in a fast-growing startup while collaborating with a diverse range of companies, supporting them in their FinOps journey.

Key Responsibilities:

FinOps Engineering:

• AdviseFinOps strategies and best practices for Wiv's clients
• Support Wiv's platform to create customized FinOps automation solutions
• Collaborate with clients' engineering teams to identify and address FinOps challenges
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in FinOps and cloud cost optimization

Customer Success:

• Build strong relationships with clients and serve as their trusted FinOps advisor
• Provide expert guidance and support to clients throughout their FinOps journey
• Conduct regular check-ins and reviews to ensure client satisfaction and success
• Identify opportunities for improvement and propose solutions to enhance clients' FinOps processes
• Facilitate training and knowledge transfer to empower clients in their FinOps practices

MSP Collaboration:

• Engage with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to understand their specific FinOps requirements
• Tailor Wiv's platform and solutions to meet the unique needs of MSPs and their clients
• Foster partnerships with MSPs to drive adoption and success of Wiv's FinOps automation platform

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in FinOps or a related field
• Strong understanding of cloud cost optimization strategies and best practices
• Experience working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) is a significant advantage
• Proficiency in Python and SQL is beneficial
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer success and driving client satisfaction
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
