Marketing Communications Manager

Position Objective:

The Marcom Manager is responsible for developing and executing global marketing communication strategies, combining creativity, performance, and project management capabilities. This role focuses on end-to-end management of B2B marketing activities, building a strong digital presence across channels, and collaborating with global teams and external suppliers to enhance brand visibility and strengthen the company’s marketing impact in international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement B2B marketing communications in global markets.
• Lead the company’s digital presence: website management, SEO, paid campaigns, and social media.
• Plan and execute trade shows, conferences, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Create, coordinate, and manage diverse marketing content: brochures, email campaigns, videos, customer stories, etc.
• Work closely with international teams and external vendors to execute marketing projects effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field – required.
• 2–4 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Full professional proficiency in English (spoken and written); additional languages – an advantage.

• Proven experience in managing marketing projects and meeting tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
• Familiarity with AI-based tools for content creation, marketing automation, or design.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with suppliers, global teams, and management.
