🎯 Role Purpose:
Provide solutions for unique, non-standard customer/partner requests by analyzing the problem, defining the solution, and implementing it across relevant teams in Israel, Europe, and the US.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
· Provide technical-engineering support for marketing/customer requirements in accordance with company timelines
- Receive and process non-standard product design requests from customers/distributors
- Deep understanding of customer needs, maintaining ongoing communication with stakeholders to refine solutions
- Design and produce product documentation including models, drawings, analyses, etc.
- Build a product package including manufacturing drawings and cost estimation (labor hours, setup, tooling, and other production tools)
- Conduct risk assessment for product implementation with the department manager
- Create part numbers, build production files, and route products as needed
- Support production process to ensure quality and compliance with company standards
Required Qualifications:
- B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering – Mandatory
- Proficiency in SolidWorks – Mandatory
- High personal responsibility and commitment to processes
- Creative thinking and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent Hebrew – reading, writing, and speaking
- High-level English – spoken and written
- Strong teamwork and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Experience with PDM systems – an advantage
- Understanding of organizational processes
- 2–3 years of hands-on industry experience (experience in plastics – a plus)

Employment Scope: Full-time, with willingness to work overtime
