Integration Lead

abra R&D is seeking an experienced Integration Lead to join our Engineering team!

Join Abra R&D as an Integration Lead and take part in leading the integration of complex systems and subsystems. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing integration processes, analyzing system performance, and ensuring seamless functionality across multidisciplinary projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and oversee the integration of subsystems into complex projects.
• Develop and utilize testing tools and methodologies (ATEs).
• Analyze system issues and performance, providing detailed troubleshooting and resolution.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure system-wide integration and functionality.
• Conduct system analysis, performance evaluations, and testing during integration processes.
• Provide documentation and reporting for integration activities and system performance.
  
  

• 3+ years of experience in integration and/or testing of complex systems.
• Proven experience in planning and executing integration processes for subsystems.
• Hands-on experience with Automated Test Equipment (ATE) and troubleshooting tools.
• Strong skills in system analysis and performance evaluation.
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or Software Engineering.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a system-wide perspective and ability to collaborate across teams.
• Proficiency in English (reading and writing) – mandatory.
  
  

• Knowledge and experience with network protocols, monitoring tools, and network equipment.
• Familiarity with RF equipment operation, Linux environments, and script writing.
• Availability for international travel as needed.
