abra R&D is seeking a Quality and V&V Engineer to join our team.
This role focuses on ensuring product quality throughout the entire development lifecycle – from early design stages to production – while meeting regulatory and industry standards. You'll work closely with R&D, engineering, and operations teams to lead quality processes in advanced technological projects.
Requirements:
- B.Sc. in Engineering or Practical Engineer (Electronics preferred) – Mandatory
- 3–5 years of experience in quality assurance within R&D environments (hardware or multidisciplinary systems)
- Hands-on experience with V&V processes and failure analysis (RCA, CAPA)
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and drawings in English and Hebrew
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with R&D, engineering, and operations teams
