We’re a fast-growing team of 25 passionate professionals, and we’re looking for a dynamic, driven VP of Sales to help take Inabit to the next level.

What You’ll D

• oCreate and execute a sales strategy to bring in new clients
• .Lead the SDR and Sales teams to smash our sales targets
• .Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
• .Identify and grow a strong sales pipeline in new and existing markets
• .Manage the whole sales process from start to finish
• .Establish new business relationships and keep current clients happy
• .Work with other teams to maximize sales opportunities
• .Explore new markets and expand our product reach
• .Represent Inabit at conferences and handle sales activities at events
• .Oversee the entire customer journey, from first contact to ongoing support

.What We’re Looking Fo

• r4+ years of experience in sales management at a global high-tech company
• .Experience in a startup environment, particularly with B2B tech products
• .Proven success selling SaaS products
• .Experience with blockchain and decentralized technologies is a plus
• .Experience working with C-level executives
• .Passion for pushing boundaries in a fast-evolving industry
• .A track record of hitting and exceeding revenue targets
• .Strong leadership skills to guide and inspire a growing team
• .Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• .Willingness to travel as needed
• .Native-level fluency in English
