Responsibilities:

Strategic Execution: Work with the CEO, driving key company initiatives.

Cross-Functional Alignment: Coordinate departments, ensuring seamless execution.

Stakeholder Management: Own communications with legal, finance, and external partners.

Financial Optimization: Support budget tracking, payments, and expense management.

System Enhancement: Maintain and improve internal systems (CRMs, dashboards).

Legal Oversight: Review contracts and legal documents.

Reporting & Analysis: Prepare materials for meetings and stakeholders.

Office Excellence: Oversee basic office needs, events, and onboarding.

Requirements:

* Fluent in Hebrew and English.

* 2–5 years in business operations, executive support, or a startup role.

* Bachelor's in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related.

* Excel/Google Sheets wizard – data-driven and analytical.

* Highly organized and able to juggle priorities.

* Excellent communicator – confident interfacing with executives and legal teams.

* Independent, proactive, and ego-free.
