🚨 We're Hiring: IT & Security Operations Specialist (SecOps + IT Admin)

📍 Location: Central Israel | 🕐 Full-time (On-call availability required)

We’re looking for a hands-on, tech-savvy IT & Security Operations Specialist to join our growing team!

This role combines IT infrastructure maintenance with operational management of security systems, including ongoing monitoring, implementation, and support across the organization.

🔐 Key Responsibilities:

• Daily maintenance and operation of IT security tools: EDR, VPN, SIEM, ZTNA, MDM, Entra ID
• Monitoring and improving the company’s IT infrastructure
• Implementing security processes early in the development lifecycle (DevSecOps mindset)
• Providing real-time support to internal and external stakeholders

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT and security operations
• Strong knowledge of tools such as SentinelOne/Defender, Microsoft SIEM, Intune, Azure/Entra ID
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, and endpoints
• Service-oriented, fast responder, self-driven
• Excellent English (verbal and written)
• Residing in the central region of Israel
• Availability for occasional after-hours/on-call support
