Senior Product Manager JB-4235

A leading veteran company that develops innovative defense products is searching for a Senior Product Manager who will define the company's products, build the product roadmap, and working closely with defense customers and development teams – from concept to operational deployment.

As a part of your job:

• Responsibility for defining the company’s naval products, building the product roadmap, and working closely with defense customers and development teams – from concept to operational deployment.
• Lead the definition of the company’s naval product lines
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with operational, technological, and market needs.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis, including in-depth understanding of comparable global solutions.
• Define product requirements in collaboration with defense customers in Israel and abroad
• Work cross-functionally with development, engineering, operations, marketing, and support teams.
• Translate operational needs into detailed requirement documents (PRD/MRD)
• Present product concepts and technological vision to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Oversee product development processes, testing, integration, and delivery

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in the defense domain – a must
• Electrical engineering degree – big advantage
• Proven experience working with multidisciplinary systems - a must.
• Hands-on experience with defense customers, including understanding of operational requirements and participation in technical discussions - a must.
• Experience in building product roadmaps and authoring requirement documents (PRD/MRD) - a must.
• Deep familiarity with defense systems such as: navigation systems, command and control, communication systems, self-defense systems, sensors etc. - a must.
• Fluency in Hebrew and English - a must.
• Relevant military background – e.g., Israeli Navy – an advantage.
• Experience working with international customers – an advantage.
