Job Description

Position Objective:

Management of the Quality Assurance (QA) domain at the Teva-Tech site.

The Role Includes

• Full managerial and professional responsibility for leading the QA domain at the site – ensuring minimal risk to processes and products.
• Responsibility for the audit readiness of all site units.
• Participation in setting policies and initiatives at the site as part of the site’s management team.
• Leading initiatives to implement the site's quality strategy.
• Developing departmental work plans aligned with the company’s and site’s quality strategies.
• Ensuring the existence and implementation of an up-to-date procedures system in alignment with corporate procedures, global standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Managing employees and managers within the department.
• Working with internal, global, and external interfaces.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the supervisor according to company needs.
  
  

• Education: Academic degree in Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Life Sciences / Natural Sciences.
• Experience: At least 5 years in quality systems, with a minimum of 3 years in managerial role.
• Skills: Leadership ability, systemic vision, and strategic thinking.
