Technical Project Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Project Manager to join our team as a replacement for maternity leave and help support the successful delivery of projects across the organization. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to launch their career in project management and gain hands-on experience working with cross-functional teams. You will work alongside experienced developers and contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on time and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and coordination of projects, ensuring tasks are completed on schedule and meet project requirements.
• Assist in defining project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and help maintain project documentation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, product, quality assurance) to ensure smooth project progress.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration between team members to speed up project progress.
• Track project progress and assist in preparing regular status updates and reports.
• Support compliance with industry regulations and internal standards under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications and Skills

• Internship, academic project experience, or up to 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodology
• Can-do approach, ability to work independently, learn and move fast, and build very strong work relationships
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English — must.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments.
• A proactive, can-do attitude, willing to learn and take on new challenges.
