We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer with expertise in automation to join our dynamic team and contribute to the quality and reliability of our mobile applications.

WHAT AM I GOING TO DO?

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Appium for iOS and Android applications.
• Collaborate with development, and product teams to understand application features and requirements.
• Identify, document, and track bugs, issues, and improvements.
• Maintain and update existing test scripts and frameworks to adapt to changes in the applications.
• Continuously improve the efficiency and coverage of automated tests.
• Provide regular reports on test coverage, defects, and test execution results.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in mobile automation testing.
• Responsible for ensuring the stability and performance of Android and iOS apps.
• Plan, write, and execute manual tests if required.
  
  

• 2+ years of relevant experience in manual mobile apps testing.
• 3+ years of relevant experience in writing automation tests with Java and Appium.
• Strong proficiency in Appium and related automation tools.
• Experience with programming languages such as Java or Kotlin.
• Knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and their development environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into the build process.
• Creating test documentation, test plans/strategies, test suites, and test cases while maintaining agility.
• Knowledge of ticketing systems and project management.
• Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git, SourceTree).
• Participate in all aspects of testing, including functional, regression, load, performance, and system testing.
• Aggressively address and resolve problems, Continually look for situations that could be improved.
• Ability to work under tight timeframes.
