The position includes managerial and professional responsibility for a team of employees, supporting and transferring products from development to production, testing of components, modules, and systems - RF and microwave, as well as troubleshooting and failure analysis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering / Electrical and Electronics Practical Engineer
- Experience in team management or leadership
- Knowledge in RF and electronics
- Proficiency with RF testing equipment such as Network Analyzer, Signal Analyzer, Oscilloscope, Signal Generator
- Ability to read and understand schematics - ALEGRO
- Experience in transitioning products from development to production or experience in an RF integration testing lab
- Advantage: Knowledge in digital systems and experience with programming/burning software
