Finance Applications Specialist (CPA)

We are looking for a CPA - Finance Applications Specialist that will handle the following:

Controlling

• Monitor the implementation of financial business processes and best practice in the IT systems.
• Plays a significant role in period closing procedures and various financial projects.

Business Processes

• Analyze & define financial business processes and tools with IT/Power BI teams, including writing business requests (BRD).
• Lead, Manage and Coordinate Global projects related to Regulation, SOX, Finance and other.

Support and training

• Define solutions for users in HO and agencies.
• Support & Train users in Finance and Logistics both in HO, Regions, and countries.
• Support and monitor with strong emphasis on proper accounting in finance ledger in accordance with financial accounting standards and company procedures.
• Overseeing and mentoring agents accounts section’s team
• Overseeing and mentoring the team regarding agent accounts control, including reconciliation; aging reports; Legacy agents; intercompany income and expenses posting for SAP agencies.

Requirements:

• Certified Public Accountant in Israel -a must
• BIG 4 graduate- significant advantage
• Knowledge with SAP ERP, especially FI/MM/SD modules – an advantage
• Knowledge in business processes with emphasis on SOX & Regulation.
• Experience in/with a global public company- a must.
• Fluent in English – a must.
• Good training and presentation capabilities.
• Leading projects in a multi-cultural environment.
