We are seeking an experienced Brand Manager to join our growing Marketing team.
As the Brand Manager, you will be the internal and external champion of the Cato brand—ensuring every message, interaction, and visual experience aligns with our mission, vision, and values. You'll partner closely with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Communications, Design, Field, Channel and Demand Generation to craft impactful narratives and create memorable brand experiences.
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and alignment with the Cato brand strategy.
- Translate our vision into compelling narratives that resonate with our target audiences- prospects, partners and customers.
- Rolling out online and offline brand marketing programs.
- Brand Advocacy: Serve as a passionate advocate for the Cato Networks brand, both internally and externally. Deeply understand our company's mission, vision, and values, and effectively communicate them to various stakeholders online and offline.
- Thought Leadership: Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts and executives to develop industry thought leadership across various formats: blogs, LinkedIn posts, videos, op-eds, and speaking opportunities.
- Content Development: Develop compelling and engaging content across various platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and our company blog. Create thought-provoking and engaging social media posts, and captivating videos to drive brand awareness and engagement. Create and foster a community to amplify brand strength and perception. participate in online forums: reddit and alike discussions, comment on LI trending posts, create a dialogue and respond to Cato’s community.
- Social Media Management: Manage our organic social media presence by creating and curating engaging content, responding to comments and messages, and fostering meaningful conversations. Leverage social media platforms to amplify our brand's voice, share industry news and insights, and engage with our audience.
- Influencer marketing: Build and nurture organic relationships with industry influencers, analysts, media personnel, and thought leaders. Collaborate with them on co-creation opportunities, partnerships, and speaking engagements to expand our brand's reach and influence.
- Reporting and measuring impact: able to set measurable goals and KPI’s and report on them.
- Market Research and Insights: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for brand positioning, differentiation, and market penetration.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- 3-4 years of experience in Marketing - must.
- B2B Marketing oriented - must
- Native English - must
- Strong technological background, preferably in IT or cybersecurity or SaaS- plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts and engage diverse audiences.
- Passion for technology and a keen interest in staying ahead of the curve.
- Social media savvy with an eye for trends
- Experience with content creation (copywriting, video editing and scripting, etc) and community engagement.
- Creative thinker, with a sharp eye for visual branding and brand execution
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
