We're building a cutting-edge AI companion that works across WhatsApp, web, voice, and SMS—and we're now looking for a hands-on, visionary frontend product leader to help us take our AI engine from lab to life.

🚀 The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Head of Frontend Product Engineering who will lead the charge in transforming our LLM-driven backend into beautifully designed, highly functional web and mobile applications. You’ll work closely with our AI engineering team, clinicians, and early users to turn prototypes into production-ready platforms that scale.

This is a mission-critical leadership role with equity and deferred compensation. Ideal for someone looking to take a founder-level position in a fast-moving, high-impact startup.

🌟 Key Responsibilities 🌟

• Own the productization of the AI engine across mobile and web platforms
• Lead architecture, development, and deployment of production-grade frontends
• Build and manage a small but elite frontend/product engineering team
• Translate clinical and AI capabilities into accessible user interfaces
• Work with design and UX to ensure products are patient-centric and intuitive
• Set up and maintain robust CI/CD, testing, and analytics pipelines

🔎 We’re Looking For Someone Who 🔎

• Has 4+ years building full-stack or frontend-heavy web/mobile apps
• Can lead engineering with a product-first mindset
• Has deep experience with React, Next.js, and Tailwind (or similar)
• Can scale early MVPs into stable, secure production products
• Is excited about transforming cancer care and making a real impact
• Is comfortable working for equity and delayed compensation in the short term
• Wants to be one of the first 5 hires at a high-potential startup

🧠 Bonus Qualifications 🧠

• Experience with healthcare, health tech, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with AI/LLM product integration
• Experience with React Native or cross-platform mobile development
• Comfortable interfacing with backend APIs, LLM agents, and data platforms

🌍 Location & Commitment

• Remote-first with preference for candidates in Israel who have strong ties and networks in the USA
• We’re looking for someone ready to grow into a full-time, high-ownership co-founder role. We’re open to a phased start (e.g., 25+ hrs/week initially) for the right person, with a clear path to full-time.
