Job description

A HealthTech startup is building a platform used daily by clinical teams to reduce documentation errors and improve care.

We're hiring a Full Stack Developer with a strong backend focus to join our core team.

You’ll work across the stack — from backend to frontend, DevOps to QA — and own features end-to-end in a fast-moving, impact-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

Design and maintain scalable backend systems (approx. 80% of the role).

Contribute to frontend development (React) and DevOps tasks as needed.

Own features end-to-end: architecture, implementation, testing, deployment.

Collaborate with product and clinical stakeholders on functional requirements. Participate in system design, architecture, and code reviews.

Job requirements

3+ years of backend development experience using Node.js (TypeScript) and Python.

Experience with AWS or similar cloud infrastructure.

Strong understanding of system design, architecture, and deployment.

B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field.

Looking for candidates who have worked in established companies or startups.

Continuous employment history required, seeking people who have worked consistently without gaps.

Minimum of 4 years of industry experience.

Nice to Have:

Experience with React or other frontend frameworks.

Background in healthcare or regulated data environments.

Prior experience in early-stage startups or small, agile teams.
