What You'll Do:

• Hunt and Close: Prospect, qualify, and convert leads into happy clients.
• Connect and Consult: Build rapport with business owners and understand their unique needs.
• Present Solutions: Showcase the value of our funding options and tailor solutions to fit each client.
• Drive Results: Consistently smash sales targets and earn uncapped commissions.
• Master Your Craft: Utilize our CRM to track your progress and optimize your sales strategy.

What You'll Bring:

• Fluent English communication skills.
• 1+ years of sales experience (financial services, fintech, or high-volume outbound sales a plus!).
• A confident phone presence and the ability to handle a fast-paced sales environment.
• A self-motivated, results-oriented, and competitive spirit.
• Exceptional organizational skills and a passion for exceeding goals.
