Marketing Manager

Systematics is looking for a Marketing Manager who will be part of our Marketing & Sales team.

Responsible for planning and executing the yearly marketing plan, driving our existing marketing programs' operations, and conducting new initiatives to address our strategic goals and customers' needs.

• Manage marketing operations such as marketing campaigns, newsletters, blogs, and other ongoing activities.
• Planning, coordinating, and producing Marketing content such as users’ stories, presentations, brochures, video, giveaways, etc.
• Manage and coordinate marketing events, including trade shows, conferences, and seminars (face-to-face and virtual)
• Manage all company web activities, including website (construction and updates), social media, and publications
• Manage PR activities - lead, update, characterize, and execute PR activities in various media (online, printed, etc.)

Requirements

• A relevant bachelor’s degree. MBA – advantage
• Minimum 2 years of Hands-on experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, and growth strategies.
• Deep understanding of B2B, SaaS, and Tech companies’ environment.
• Experience as a Brand Marketing Lead, including proven experience in brand building (messaging, branding, positioning) and increasing awareness and revenue.
• Experience with utilizing AI tools like ChatGPT to optimize various marketing channels, including email
• Proficiency in CRM, Marketing, and social media platforms
• Fluent English – strong writing and communication
• Strong writing and editing abilities/close attention to details
• Creative thinker, and strong planning and organisational skills
