A growing group in the fields of investments, financial solutions, and technology distribution is looking for a PMO to lead and streamline cross-organizational projects and processes.

📍 Full-time | Based in Central Israel

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

🔹 Ongoing tracking of company-wide projects, ensuring delivery, KPIs, and timelines

🔹 Managing and optimizing project platforms (experience with Monday.com – a strong plus)

🔹 Developing work methodologies, templates, and monitoring tools

🔹 Conducting market research and identifying relevant technologies and vendors

🔹 Writing work plans, specifications, and process documents

🔹 Preparing weekly status updates and review meetings

🔹 Working closely with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders

We’re Looking for Someone Who Has:

✅ Proven experience in a similar role / managing versatile projects

✅ Strong command of task & project management tools – required

✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office – required

✅ Familiarity with Monday.com – major advantage

✅ Knowledge of AI tools – significant advantage

✅ High analytical, planning, and process-control capabilities

✅ Independence, precision, and the ability to manage multiple interfaces

✅ Experience with ERP / CRM environments – advantage

✅ High-level English – required

🎓 Academic background:

Relevant Bachelor's degree – required (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or Business Administration)
Master's degree – an advantage
