About the Role:

VIDAA is looking for a Data Analytics Team Leader (BI Manager) to join our fast-growing team in Tel Aviv. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing a boutique team of BI analysts and working cross-functionally across product, marketing, and finance teams. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in driving data-based decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of BI and analytics professionals
• Design and implement dashboards, KPIs, and reporting systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define business needs and deliver actionable insights
• Build and optimize BI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and data accuracy
• Develop and monitor business performance metrics
• Promote and cultivate a data-driven culture across the company

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Business Intelligence or Data Analytics
• Proven experience leading and developing a team
• Strong proficiency in SQL
• Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker
• Experience with data warehousing (DWH), ETL processes, and data modeling (a strong advantage)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written)
