About the Role:

We seek a highly skilled and motivated Radar Algorithm Engineer to join our radar development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, simulating, and implementing cutting-edge radar signal processing and tracking algorithms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop radar signal processing algorithms, including detection, estimation, localization, filtering, and tracking.
• Implement algorithms in simulation environments (e.g., MATLAB, Python) and support real-time implementation.
• Analyze radar data to assess algorithm performance and validate against system-level requirements.
• Collaborate with system engineers, hardware designers, and software developers to integrate algorithms into radar systems.
• Conduct performance trade-off studies and support system optimization efforts.
• Stay current with state-of-the-art developments in radar technology, signal processing, and machine learning techniques.
• Support lab and field testing for algorithm validation and refinement.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s or PhD preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in radar algorithm development or advanced signal processing.
• Strong proficiency in MATLAB and/or Python.
• Experience with real-time software development
• Solid understanding of radar principles, including FMCW
