🔹 Job Description:

At Yango, we are looking for a Business Support Agent to join our Business Department, focusing on working with business clients and tracking orders. If you enjoy helping clients, solving issues in real-time, and providing top-notch service, this is the role for you!

🔸 Responsibilities:

Shift work, including weekends and holidays

Provide support and guidance to business clients regarding orders

Track the status of orders and resolve issues in real-time

Update and maintain client information in our systems

Work closely with internal teams to ensure the best customer experience

Provide support and direction during the ordering process

🔹 Requirements:

Experience in customer support or service (preferred)

Ability to work under pressure and maintain organization during shift work

Strong communication skills when interacting with business clients

Availability for flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
