Our Mission
The team is driving a focused mission: to identify and secure the next impactful opportunity for a high-caliber, globally experienced professional looking to transition into a Project Management or PMO role. Barak brings hands-on experience in project execution, cross-functional leadership, and process optimization across tech, SaaS, startup, and defense environments. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll lead the strategic placement process end-to-end, connecting Barak with organizations that will recognize his capabilities and enable his continued growth in project-based leadership roles.
What You’ll Be Doing
Lead the end-to-end search for roles in project management, PMO, or delivery operations.
Build a strong pipeline of relevant roles and engage directly with hiring managers and recruiters.s
Effectively position Barak’s experience, even without formal PM/PMO titles
Tailor outreach on LinkedIn, job platforms, and referrals to maximize traction
Support applications, introductions, and communications throughout the process
Advise on fit, positioning, and next steps based on ongoing market feedback
Track progress and continuously refine the job search strategy
What We Need To See
- 3+ years of experience in tech talent acquisition, executive search, or recruitment consulting
- Proven ability to place candidates into project or operations-oriented roles, including those shifting from related functions
- Strong sourcing expertise across platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job boards, referrals)
- Experience working with candidates who are repositioning themselves or formalizing prior experience into new roles
- Deep understanding of the Israeli tech ecosystem and global companies hiring locally
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills in English and Hebrew
- Highly organized and results-driven, with a consultative and independent working style
- Ability to advocate for a high-potential candidate with a non-traditional title history but proven experience
