Operations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager lead to serve as a strategic business partner to the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering – EBD, driving integration, planning, and execution across manufacturing and operations. This role will play a critical part in ensuring seamless project execution, optimizing processes, and supporting high-level decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, and operations, with a strong ability to lead cross-functional initiatives that enhance efficiency and performance. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, as well as the ability to present complex information clearly and effectively to senior stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key business partner to the Head of Manufacturing & Engineering, providing insights, strategic support, and execution capabilities.
• Lead and manage critical cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with business priorities, timelines, and budgets.
• Facilitate integration efforts for new initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and operational readiness.
• Develop and implement a structured Operations manager framework to improve governance, visibility, and execution of strategic programs.
• Optimize manufacturing and operational processes, identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost reductions.
• Support data-driven decision-making by gathering insights, conducting analysis, and providing structured recommendations.
• Strengthen collaboration between Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
• Drive accountability across teams by tracking progress, identifying roadblocks, and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
• a key figure in making daily operational decisions and refining decision-making to the supervisory level when necessary.
• Communicate complex information clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders, both in written reports and verbal presentations.

Key Skills & Experience

• 5-10 years of experience in project management, manufacturing, and operations, ideally in a global or multi-site environment.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of leading complex, cross-functional projects with measurable impact.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing processes, operational efficiencies, and engineering integration.
• Experience in identifying and driving process optimization within a dynamic operational setting.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align multiple teams and priorities.
• Excellent English communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation) with the ability to articulate complex ideas concisely and persuasively.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., medical devices, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, automotive) is a plus.
