Data Scientist

About the Role:

We're looking for a skilled and motivated Data Scientist to join our growing team. In this role, you'll lead end-to-end data science projects, combining structured and unstructured data to drive insights and develop intelligent solutions. The work includes classical ML modeling, NLP, and hands-on involvement in deploying Generative AI solutions into production environments.

• Lead full-cycle DS/ML projects: from data exploration and modeling to production deployment
• Build machine learning and NLP models using both tabular and textual data
• Apply Generative AI techniques to solve real-world business problems
• Conduct deep-dive analyses and define KPIs to guide decision-making
• Collaborate closely with data engineers, analysts, and domain experts
• Work with modern data pipelines and big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Kafka, Elastic)

• 3+ years of experience in applied data science with structured data
• Strong coding skills in Python and SQL (3+ years)
• Hands-on experience with NLP and unstructured text
• At least 1 year of practical experience with Generative AI models and tools
• Solid understanding of production environments and model deployment workflows
• Experience with Spark, Kafka, or Elastic – an advantage
• MSc in a quantitative field – an advantage
