Algo Trading Developer (Founding Member)

We're looking for our first Algorithmic Trading Developer to design and develop our trading systems. This is an opportunity to become an equity partner.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Quantitative Strategy Research

Research, prototype, and implement high-frequency trading strategies across multiple asset classes.

2. Algorithm development and implementation

Translating strategies into efficient, robust, and scalable software systems. Turn quantitative models into production-ready trading code.

3. Trading Platform Development

Build the full-stack trading system, including execution logic and broker integration.

4. Data Engineering

Design real-time and historical data pipelines.

5. Backtesting & Simulation

Build and optimize a modular backtesting engine for strategy evaluation.

6. Infrastructure Setup & Ops

Lead deployment, monitoring, and scaling of infrastructure.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience building algo trading systems in quant/proprietary trading environment.
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++, or similar).
• Familiarity with broker APIs, market data, and backtesting frameworks.
• A builder mindset — someone who thrives in early-stage, high-ownership environments.
