🔹 Job Description:

We’re looking for a Tech Team Lead to lead, inspire, and mentor a team of talented ultra-Orthodox male developers working on client projects.

As a team lead, you’ll be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring a development team (5–7 developers)
• Overseeing software architecture, clean coding practices, and delivery timelines
• Collaborating with clients and internal stakeholders to define technical solutions
• Leading by example — writing code, conducting code reviews, and solving complex challenges
• Supporting junior developers’ growth through structured guidance and knowledge sharing

🔹 Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (backend / full-stack preferred)
• At least 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or mentoring role
• Strong hands-on knowledge in one or more of the following: Node.js, Python, Java, Go, .NET
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for mentoring and team development
• Fluent Hebrew (spoken); English – reading and writing level

🔹 Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with diverse populations or in social-impact-driven environments
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and dev team best practices
• Experience in client-facing roles
