We're looking for a versatile and creative Marketing Motion Designer / Video Editor to join our vibrant studio and help drive engaging, high-performing ad creatives across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize, design and execute static and motion creatives that communicate complex ideas in a simple and engaging manner, for various digital platforms- in particular social media digital advertising campaigns.
• Analyze performance data and iterate creatives based on A/B testing results and audience insights
• Create storyboards, sketches, and mockups to help visualize concepts and ideas for motion graphics projects.
• Adapt video content to different formats and specifications while maintaining brand identity and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements and ensure the cohesive execution of projects.
• Stay on top of trends in design, animation, performance marketing, and platform-specific creative strategies.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• 0–3 years of professional experience in motion design and/or video editing
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field- Significant advantage
• Strong portfolio that demonstrates animation and/or video editing skills – a must.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
• Understanding of social media ad formats and visual storytelling.
• Creative thinker with strong visual and design sense.
• High-level English – written and spoken.
