Senior Full-Stack / Backend Developer

We’re looking for a talented and passionate Senior Full-Stack or Backend Developer who thrives on innovation and can help us prove our ability to deliver complex projects with speed and precision. What We're Looking For:

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end development of complex web applications (if Full-Stack) or advanced server-side logic (if Backend).
• Drive the execution of early-stage tech projects from planning to launch, meeting aggressive timelines.
• Collaborate closely with company leadership on architecture, tech stack selection, and roadmap planning.
• Implement AI-powered solutions to optimize workflows and enhance product functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Help define development processes and establish best practices.
• Be a proactive team player with a strong sense of ownership and the drive to initiate and lead progress.

Requirements – Must-Have:

• Minimum 5 years of software development experience.
• Proven track record in Full-Stack or Backend development.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with React (for Full-Stack developers).
• At least 3 years of practical experience with Node.js and NestJS.
• Minimum 2 years of experience implementing AI-based solutions (e.g., working with models, AI APIs, fine-tuning, RAG, etc.).
• Strong self-learning ability and comfort with new and complex technical challenges.
• High level of proactiveness, initiative, and ability to work independently in a lean, agile team.
• Genuine passion for technology, innovation, and making a meaningful impact.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a “can-do” mindset.
• Fluent in both Hebrew and English.

Nice to Have:

• Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery.
• Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Relevant academic degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.
