Project Management Officer

Role Description

We are looking for a skilled PMO – Engineering Project Control & Management to join our team in a full-time, on-site position based in Rishon LeZion.

This role is ideal for someone with experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects. The PMO will be responsible for planning, tracking, and monitoring key project parameters including schedules, budgets, and risks, while working closely with engineering, production, and management teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and monitor complex work plans for engineering projects
• Coordinate between mechanical, electrical, software, and production teams
• Track schedules and deliverables, identify deviations, and report to management
• Participate in configuration control processes and propose solutions
• Monitor and track project budgets; flag recruitment or resource allocation needs
• Build financial forecasts and generate periodic reports
• Track and analyze tasks, status, and performance indicators (KPIs)
• Collaborate with engineers to support continuous learning and improvement

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in a PMO or engineering project management role
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field – strongly preferred
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Monday) – advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel – advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities with technical and management teams
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Experience in multi-disciplinary engineering environments – an advantage
